Brewer Christmas – The Finale!

The Brewer’s all gathered at our house this year to exchange gifts and hang out!  We had a great time playing with Grandpa, Grandma Nan and the Dallas Brewers!  Brady was more than excited to have his cousins there to rough house with!

Christmas with Grandma and making popcorn

Grandma came over on the 26th so we could have our Christmas!  Once again I did an AWFUL job with picture taking.  I will definitely hate myself for my lack of pictures for this Christmas…how could I have not taken more pictures of the twins first Christmas???  You think it’s too late to wrap the gifts back up, dress them in their outfits and “pretend”?

Aunt Janet and Uncle Jeff gave us a family gift this year.  All our movie night essentials!!!  Movie nights occur quite frequently around our house so some new movies and a popcorn maker were right up our alley!  Brady had a  blast watching the popcorn “pop”!  What a fun gift…thanks guys!!IMG_5150 IMG_5152

And thank you Grandma for all our gifts!!!

Santa Claus came to town

Brady must have been a good boy this year…that and santa must not have been paying attention the last 3 weeks!!  Santa came to visit and Brady made out like a bandit!!!  Of course he was much more interested in the $7 ironman mask than in the ride in jeep mommy and nansat in line at walmart for 3 1/2 hours to get!!

cookies and milk out and ready to go…and Brady was very insistent that Santa needed to use his Handy Manny glass for his milk!

We had a great day relaxing, playing with our new toys and snacking!!!  We finished the day with our big Christmas dinner!  It was a great first Christmas as a family of 5!  We’re so thankful for all our blessing this year and look forward to many more Christmas mornings to come!

Christmas number 1

Let me start my Christmas posts by apologizing.  Evidently having infant twins to wrangle during festivities affects my ability to capture every moment on film!!  My pictures are few and far between…and out of our MANY family gatherings this Christmas I managed to take 0 pictures of my 3 kids together…that’s right…nada!  Oh well, we had a great time even if I don’t have a million pictures to commemorate it!!!!

We started our Christmas festivities with brunch with the Trollinger side of the family!  Grandanny and Nana were kind enough to come to Houston this year since we weren’t willing to travel with the twins during cold and flu season!  We had a great time hanging out and watching the kids play with their new toys!!!

even though I didn’t manage to get a picture of my three together, we did attempt a grandkid picture!

How cute are the girls matching dresses?  IMG_5100

3 out of 6 smiling….as good as it gets!IMG_5101

I don’t know how I managed to get these next two pictures….because mere seconds after I snapped these kiddo’s began TEARING into the presents!  There was paper flying everywhere and we didn’t have a clue who was getting what from who….madness I tell you!IMG_5104 IMG_5105

a scooter!!!!IMG_5108

Kaden just sat in his exersaucer and took it all in!!  He was mesmerized with the madness around him!IMG_5109

and this is what Karsyn thought of all the present opening….yep fast asleep!!IMG_5110

All 3 of the big kids got scooters from Grandanny and Nana…they were a big hit and it was fun to watch them try them out!IMG_5115 IMG_5116

fun times had by all!!   Thanks for all our presents!!  We have some very spoiled children!!

Stay tuned…more merriment to come!!

Christmas Train

Brady and I had the pleasure of meeting up with Trenton and Mrs. Stacy last night to go ride the Christmas Train.  Mrs. Stacy found a local church that has a great light display that you can ride a train around to look at.  Seriously heaven for 3 year old boys!!!  Because of RSV lockdown with the twins our playdate’s have taken a big hit!  Brady and I miss our time with our friends so we were pumped to get to hang out!  We met for dinner and then headed over to the train.

The boys at dinner!
