Thanksgiving

We had a pretty low key thanksgiving this year.  I had my wisdom teeth taken out on Tuesday so needless to say my puffy cheeks and I  didn’t enjoy the turkey as much as we usually do!  Even though pain killers and ice packs top off my thankful list, we still have quite a bit to be thankful for this year!

must come to an end.  Brady’s first season of t-ball is officially over.  Well it was actually officially over a couple of weeks ago, but I’m behind on the blog!!  He had a blast playing and believe it or not they actually improved a ton!!  He’s already counting down the days until spring ball starts!!

Peter Pan

Our school did a performance of Peter Pan a few weeks ago.   We decided to meet up with the Davies family and do dinner and a show with the boys!

Brady’s wedding….

 

to Hannah…also known as Stephanie and Mason’s Wedding!!  It all depends on who you ask!!  Brady was the ring bearer in Stephanie and Mason’s wedding a couple of weekends ago.  He was so excited and kept referring to the wedding as “his wedding to hannah”  who was the flower girl.  It was a whirlwind of a weekend, but we loved every minute of it and were so glad to share in this special moment with Stephanie and Mason!

We spent Friday afternoon at Granny’s house playing and waiting on the rehearsal.

Today is the very first World Premature Awareness Day!  Every year over 13 million babies are born prematurely world wide.  Today we wear purple to help raise awareness and call attention to the importance of education for expectant mothers and doctors, and to say thank you for those who cared for and made it possible for our miracle babies to be with us today!

You know, I was there everyday, every step of the way, but these pictures still shock me.  They never fail to bring back a flood of emotions and remind me just how blessed we are.

There are many parents out there that have the pictures I have above but never get to post or see the pictures I have below.  I don’t take one minute for granted.

 

I proudly wear my purple today to humbly thank God for my miracles, and I pray for those whose miracles earned their angel wings too soon.
