Brady's first Christmas

Ready for some more?!? Here are pictures from Christmas Eve and Christmas day. We're still in Dallas..... Our adventures with daddy's side of the family back in Houston still to come!!

Aunt Julie did a great job this year of finding the kid's matching clothes. The boys had matching PJ's (and Hannah's coordinated!) for Christmas eve. The kids happily spent the day in their "jammies"!

Jammies make me sleepy!

Here's Daddy wishing he got to be in his jammies!

It's just what I've always wanted!

You missed a word mom!

We also got a very special visit from Grandmom (Grandanny's mom) on Christmas eve. Brady had never met this great Grandmother. Mommy was very happy to get to introduce the little guy to Grandmom.

Nana thought it would be fun to read "Twas the Night Before Christmas" to the kids. I think they enjoyed it....or at least parts of it!

Christmas Morning!!!
Look What Santa Brought!!!
How did he know that this was just what I wanted!?!

Christmas Day, we traveled to Scurry to Granny's house. We got to hang out with Uncle Bryan, Aunt (well Great Aunt) Juli, Stephanie, and Travis. Stephanie and Travis had never met Brady or Hannah, so they had fun spoiling them for the first time!
Notice Brady's 3 different outfits...it was a rough day!!

Granny with all of her Grandkids and Great Grandkids!

Stay tuned for the Brewer and Guyote gatherings!!!!

Twas a few days before Christmas!

We headed to Dallas the 21st to begin our Christmas festivities! Brady had an exciting but BUSY few days before Christmas! Of course I'll post pictures and the events of Christmas day, but that will have to be a different blog....have to keep you in suspense!!!!
On Saturday, my good friend JB who grew up in Kaufman but now lives in Tennessee came over with her precious little girls SK and AK. SK and Jacob made gingerbread houses and I made a gingerbread tree for AK, Brady and Hannah. (oh who am I kidding I just wanted to play!) We had a blast, and can't wait to hang out with JB, SK and AK again!

yea...look at all this candy!

JB helping SK get started

AK helping me decorate our tree Now why would I put the icing ON the house when it tastes this good?
Our finished products
Hey, where's he going?
Of course it would be impossible to have all the kids cooperating!

Hanging out at Grandanny's and Nana's. Aunt Julie bought the kiddo's matching shirts! How cute are our santa's little helpers??!?!!

Don't Cry Hannah...it's okay

Coming down off of a sugar high (best time to get pictures!!)

Does Hannah look 5 months older than Brady?!?On Sunday, we went into Dallas to visit Uncle Jason, Aunt Melissa and Luke and Zach! Lot's of great cousin time!!

Big Hugs from Zach!

Now this is how you play patty cake Brady Zach was a little confused as to why Brady wasn't talking back to him!!

Aunt Melissa, don't just sit there....help me

And this is Brady opening (with Daddy's help of course) his VERY first Christmas present. Thanks for the fun book guys!

More to come....stay tuned!!!!

You know Dasher and Dancer

And Prancer and BRADY!

Who can resist dressing their child up in an reindeer outfit and posing them by the tree?!?!
Do I really get to help Santa pull his sleigh mom?

Let me get this straight...you want me to sit here dressed like a reindeer AND smile?

I don't want to play anymore reindeer games mom.

Really? From a Rudolph to Santa with ears? Are you crazy?

If I smile can we stop? Here you go, this is all you get.
I've been very patient.....
.....but I'm about to blow...get me out of these costumes and give me a bottle

Mom and Dad took me to meet my friend Cooper and his parents at Breakfast with Santa last weekend. We got to meet Santa Claus and have our picture taken. And guess what, Santa doesn't even have ears on the top of his head like that silly costume mom made me wear. Santa was a little grumpy and didn't smile for the camera, but we had a great time, and we even got to meet frosty and the real rudolph. Next year mom said I get to have a pancake with Santa like Cooper did...he's so lucky!

Here's me with Santa

These are my friends Rudolph, Frosty, and Cooper. I'm not sure who the girls are beside us...Cooper and I always attract the ladies when we're out!

It's been quite a week. Brady and Jeff have both been sick with what the doctors think is the flu. If not the flu, a virus that acts a lot like the flu. So mommy's been busy taking care of her boys and trying not to get sick herself! While at Brady's doctors appointment, Dr. Isenhower went ahead and did his 4 month check up (minus the shots because he had fever). He weighed 18lbs, and was 26 inches long! She was very impressed with his growth and how well he held his head up. She said he was ahead of the game....of course he is, look at his mom and dad! So we get to start cereal and veggies this month, I'm sure that will be a fun blog! I thought I would add these next two picture in honor of my sick little boys! Brady LOVES his daddy...no one can make him laugh quite like Jeff can. These pictures are of them hanging out in the morning before school!

Daddy is So funny!
