Christmas 2008 - Take 3, 4, & 5

We have been busy! But, we've made the rounds and have finished up all our wonderful Christmas celebrations. I'll give you the run down of events and then pictures.
  • Christmas afternoon/night we went to Grandpa and Grandma Nan's house. We opened presents and got to visit with Grandma Nan's side of the family.
  • The day after Christmas we went to Grandma's house. We opened presents and went out to dinner.
  • The 27th - back to Grandpa and Grandma Nan's to open presents and visit with Jason, Melissa, Luke and Zach.
  • The 28th - Grandma, Aunt Janet, Uncle Jeff, Michele, and Cousin Margaret came over for lunch and presents.
We are blessed to have so many Christmas celebrations. Our family is very important to us and we're so glad we got to spend time with everyone this season. Brady has successfully been SPOILED ROTTEN. Our job now is to clean out old toys to make room for all the new ones!! And pay attention to all the snazzy clothes in the pictures! Brady's wardrobe is more extensive than mine!!! Thank you so much to everyone that helped to make this holiday season a memorable one.

Christmas 2008 - Take 2

Our first Christmas at home with Brady! It was so much fun! Santa came to visit Christmas Eve and got all of Brady's goodies set up just perfectly.
The loot!

Brady wasn't really sure what was going on when we brought him downstairs, but he quickly figured it out. Of course Brady was much more impressed with the balloons daddy got the night before than he was the toys Santa picked out for him. Oh well, the balloons will deflate and then we'll have the toys right?!?!?!?

checking it all out

balloons!!! This is exactly what I would have asked Santa for if I hadn't cried the whole time I was in his lap!

opening presents!

playing with his animals and shape bean bags!
what a fun train table to play with my animals on!
shooting hoops! Thank you Nana and Grandanny for my goal!!
We had a great day. We spent the morning in our pj's and had mokey bread, eggs and sausage for breakfast. Jeff and I had mimosa's...and we all played..... mostly with balloons.....but hey we played!! We started a lot of new traditions that I can't wait to continue in the years to come!!!

Tweedle dee and Tweedle dum

I know I'm a little out of order and this is suppose to be a Christmas post, but I just had to do a post about Brady and Hannah. These two little kiddo's are definitely going to be the best of friends! It's so fun to watch them run around and "play" with each other. They were pretty much joined at the hip all week. If Hannah runs in circles, Brady runs in circles...and then they stop and just laugh at each other! They had a great time this week...we of course have no idea what they're were laughing at or talking about in their own little language...we probably don't want to know, but they sure were cute!!!

Come on ride that train!

This afternoon we went to the train museum in Dickinson. They had a model train display today and we thought the kids might enjoy it, and they did! Brady, Cooper, Trenton, and Margot had a blast looking at the trains and running around playing outside. Thanks guys for a fun afternoon!
